About
First graders help Lumi the lemur and friends on paper-folding day. They estimate a pile of paper cranes, then count it by tens. Next they solve four folding stories where the start, the change or the difference is unknown, choosing + or − and filling the missing number. Last, they write the equation that matches a friend's drawing: tally marks or crossed-out cubes. Every direction is read aloud. A wrong Done marks the boxes to fix and plays a spoken hint, and a child who reads "fewer" as adding hears a hint just for that.
