About
Wren the bird planted her vegetables in rows, and kindergartners count them: 13 carrots as a full row of 10 and 3 more, 18 tomatoes in two rows of 9 with a tap-to-count collection, 16 dots on a ten frame and 6 more, and 17 pea pods and tomatoes together. Then children plan a garden of their own by dragging up to 20 vegetables into soil rows, and help Wren read her seed shopping list by finding the number for each kind. Fully narrated, with a spoken hint after every wrong answer. An optional end-of-unit review of counting to 20.
