About
Professor Plum's autumn garden is full of tricky plurals. Students learn when words ending in f or fe change to -ves (leaf to leaves, knife to knives), which f words just add -s (roofs, chefs, cliffs), and when words ending in o take -es (potatoes, heroes) or just -s (pianos, photos). Then they choose, drag, pick, sort, type, match, highlight and fix plurals, and finish with a spelling parade. Directions are narrated; the spellings are never read aloud.
